Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the ph998 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services available at ph998.net.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the ph998 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created on ph998, through which the Player accesses all gaming and financial services.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" refers to the Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) funds held within a Player's ph998 account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits granted by ph998 that are subject to separate wagering requirements distinct from real-money funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing ph998's operations.
• "AML" refers to Anti-Money Laundering obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).

To register and maintain an active account on ph998, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing gambling activities.
2. You must be physically located within the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
3. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary (through ph998's own responsible gaming tools) or regulatory (issued by PAGCOR or any competent authority).
4. You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of ph998, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not be listed on any government exclusion register, sanctions list, or anti-money laundering watchlist maintained by PAGCOR, the AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council), or any Philippine government agency.
6. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, current Philippine address, and a valid government-issued identification document.
7. You may hold only one (1) registered account on ph998. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your ph998 account. The following obligations apply to all registered Players:

• You must keep your account login credentials — including your username, password, and OTP codes — strictly confidential. ph998 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• You must notify ph998 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, a compromised password, or any fraudulent activity associated with your account.
• You are responsible for all wagers, deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions made through your account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you, unless ph998 is notified of unauthorized access in a timely manner.
• You must ensure that your account details — including your registered name, date of birth, and payment method ownership — remain accurate and consistent at all times. Mismatched details between your ph998 account and your KYC documents or payment methods may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
• You must not allow any third party to access or operate your account. Sharing accounts or allowing others to gamble under your credentials constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• ph998 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, pledge, or otherwise transfer your account or any balance within it to another person.

All financial transactions on ph998 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph998 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, and online banking.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts and applicable fees are displayed at the time of transaction initiation and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically reflected in your ph998 wallet within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
• ph998 does not accept deposits from payment instruments not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source, less any applicable transaction fees.
• ph998 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that triggers AML review thresholds or appears inconsistent with normal account activity patterns.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in the same name as the verified ph998 account holder.
• A complete KYC verification must be on file before any withdrawal request is approved. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the applicable daily banking cutoff.
• ph998 reserves the right to impose a standard security hold of up to three (3) business days on withdrawals where the account has recently updated critical details such as password, linked payment method, or registered address.
• Withdrawal fees, processing times, and applicable daily or monthly limits are published in the Payments section of your account dashboard and are updated periodically.

ph998 offers various promotional incentives to eligible registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any bonus-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to Philippine-resident players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion, including minimum deposit thresholds and account standing requirements.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and real-money funds are used in the following order: real-money balance is wagered first; bonus funds are wagered after the real-money balance has been depleted.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Bonus balances cannot be transferred between players or converted to cash outside the stated withdrawal conditions.
• ph998 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not retroactively affect bonus funds already credited to a Player's account, provided wagering activity has already commenced.
• Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including through collusion, arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — will have all associated bonus funds forfeited and may be subject to account suspension.

ph998 provides access to games supplied by licensed third-party game providers, all of which are independently tested and certified for compliance with international fairness standards. The following principles govern gameplay on the ph998 platform:

• All games on ph998 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. The outcomes of all games are entirely random and not influenced by previous results, player history, or any other external factor.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term average payout for each game. RTP figures are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee outcomes in individual gaming sessions.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ph998 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's balance. Game-specific rules on interrupted rounds are governed by the individual game provider's terms.

• ph998 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device performance problems, or power interruptions experienced by the Player that affect gameplay. It is the Player's responsibility to maintain a stable connection during gaming sessions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph998 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using counterfeit or stolen identity documents, or misrepresenting your age, residency, or identity during registration or KYC verification.
• Money Laundering: Using the ph998 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act or related legislation.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one ph998 account, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Collusion & Cheating: Colluding with other players, platform staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage; using bots, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or scripting to play on your behalf; exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to ph998 without first exhausting ph998's internal dispute resolution process.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or enabling a person under 21 years of age to access or use your ph998 account.
• Commercial Exploitation: Using ph998 for any commercial purpose, including advertising, solicitation, or systematic resale of gaming credits or winnings.

ph998 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ph998 Players directly from their account settings:

• 21+ Enforcement: All accounts require verified Philippine government-issued ID confirming the player is 21 years of age or older. This requirement is enforced at registration and re-verified periodically.

All content on the ph998 platform — including but not limited to the ph998 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, software code, game interfaces, marketing materials, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph998 or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any ph998 content without prior written authorization from ph998.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph998 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• This license does not include the right to scrape, index, mirror, or otherwise systematically extract data from the ph998 platform by automated means.
• Game content on the ph998 platform is licensed from third-party game providers. All intellectual property rights in individual game titles, mechanics, graphics, and sounds remain with the respective game provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph998's total liability to any Player for any cause of action arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the ph998 platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ph998 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's services, whether planned (maintenance) or unplanned (technical failure, force majeure).
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where ph998 has taken reasonable security precautions and the unauthorized access resulted from your own failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• Any reliance on information, odds, or game descriptions displayed on the platform that contain typographical errors or technical inaccuracies, which ph998 corrects upon discovery.

Nothing in this limitation of liability clause excludes or limits ph998's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

ph998 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes.
• Account activity that triggers AML, fraud, or responsible gaming alerts.
• Instruction from PAGCOR, the AMLC, or any other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the Player.
• Inactive account — accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant, subject to a written notice to the Player's registered email address.

Upon termination of an account for non-breach reasons (e.g., voluntary closure or dormancy), any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

ph998 is committed to resolving all Player disputes fairly, transparently, and efficiently. The following process applies to all formal complaints and disputes:

1. Step 1 — Contact Customer Support: All disputes must first be raised with ph998 Customer Support via the platform's live chat system. Our support team is available 24/7 in English and Filipino. Please provide your account username, the date and nature of the dispute, and any relevant transaction IDs. Support will acknowledge your complaint within one (1) business day.
2. Step 2 — Escalation to Compliance Team: If Customer Support cannot resolve the dispute within five (5) business days, you may request escalation to the ph998 Compliance Team by sending a written summary to [email protected]. The Compliance Team will issue a formal written response within fifteen (15) business days.
3. Step 3 — PAGCOR Mediation: If the dispute remains unresolved after ph998's internal process is exhausted, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism as the platform's regulatory authority.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from or connected with your use of the ph998 platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms & Conditions that are not resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction therein.

The following Philippine laws, among others, are directly applicable to the ph998 platform and these Terms & Conditions: Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act, as amended), Republic Act No. 8792 (Electronic Commerce Act), and Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code).

ph998 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process governs amendments:

• Material changes to these Terms & Conditions will be communicated to registered Players via a notice displayed on the platform and, where practicable, via email to your registered address.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised with each update. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.
• Your continued use of the ph998 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
• If you do not accept the amended Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the ph998 platform and may request account closure via Customer Support prior to the effective date of the amendment.
